Our first priority at our dental office is the safety and well-being of our patients, our team and our families.

We want to let you know we already adhere to standard universal precautions to keep our office clean and disinfected.  However, during this cautious time we are going to take more steps to further ensure the health of our patients and our team.  We have incorporated these changes and have had a positive understanding with our patients and our team.

-We will be recording temperatures as patients walk in the door; if you have above a 99.7F temperature we'll have to ask you to leave and reschedule your appointment a month out.

-There will be no magazines, books or toys in the lobby.  We will be taking up the coffee and hot cocoa bar as well.

-All patients must complete a pre-procedural rinse before any exam or treatment has begun.

-No one will be allowed in treatment rooms except for the patient.

-We will be screening each patient on the phone or in person to ensure no exposure has been obtained.

-Call us if you are experiencing any coughing, sneezing, sore throat or fever symptoms.  Patients exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms will not be seen.

-We can implement an optional “wait in your car” protocol.  This will allow you to avoid being in close contact while waiting for your dental visit to begin.  When you have arrived at our office, simply call the front desk and let them know that you have arrived.  A team member will call you on your cell phone and then escort you straight to your cleaned treatment room.

-If your immune system is compromised in any way, please call to reschedule at least 1 month out.

-If you have been in contact with any known COVID-19 person or have traveled in any airport in the last 2 weeks, please call to reschedule your appointment at least 1 month out.

We will approach this situation with intentional sense and respect, but not fear.  Our team believes professional dental care can still be administered safely as always.

Keep flossing and washing those hands!
