Doug Worful, DMD, PC
For as long as I can remember, I was drawn to healthcare to help others. I realized my childhood dentist had a great relationship with myself and his other patients as well. That combination of relationship, care, science, and art drew me to dentistry. I love healthy, white smiles! I definitely enjoy eating and talking with friends, as well as contagious laughter.
I was raised in Lexington, Kentucky and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Once I had completed my education at the University of Kentucky, I moved down to the Atlanta area because it was a really happening at the time; the Braves were winning, the Olympics had just happened and I have always had family here. So I thought it would be a great place to live. Soon after moving to Atlanta I met my wife, Jennifer and am now here to stay. We have two wonderful daughters that keep us active, Alaina and Reese.
What drew me to the North Atlanta area was the similarity it had with Lexington: friendly people, horse farms, and a perfect combination of city and country. It's been a joy being a part of the community in Fulton, Cherokee, and Forsyth counties. I have made many amazing relationships in our 17 years if dental care. I am thankful to have served at Hope for Guatemala the last 6 years, as well as local missions through Stonecreek Church.
